Common use of Continental Work Week Clause in Contracts

Continental Work Week. The Company and the Union agree that the continental work week referred to in the Memorandum of agreement is for all new employees hired after March 11, 1989, in the shipping and maintenance department. Continental work week means an employee may work any five (5) consecutive days with two (2) consecutive days off.
