Common use of Contingency Plans Clause in Contracts

Contingency Plans. The Steering Committee shall formulate mutually acceptable back-up and contingency plans to address unplanned errors and disruptions in the Services. In furtherance of the foregoing, in the event of a disaster, the Service Provider agrees to use the same degree of care to restore the Services as the Service Provider would use to restore similar services for itself. In the event of scheduled downtime, the Service Provider shall provide the Receiving Party with reasonable advance notice.
