Contingent Hire (Extra Hire. Employees a. Working on a Holiday Contingent Hire (Extra Hire) workers who work on a holiday, as provided in Section B1, shall be paid time and a half (1-1/2) in overtime pay for hours worked on the holiday. A holiday is limited to 7.5 or 8.0 hours, dependent on the employee’s job class. There shall be no other holiday compensation for Contingent Hire workers who work a holiday.
