Continuance of Service. This Option does not confer upon the Optionee any right with respect to continuance of service to or employment with the Company or by any of its Subsidiaries. This Option shall not be affected by any change of service or employment so long as the Optionee continues to serve the Company or one of its Subsidiaries.
