Common use of Continuation of Architect Services Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Architect Services. Except in the event of the District’s failure to make payment of undisputed amounts of the Contract Price due Architect hereunder, notwithstanding any disputes between District and Architect hereunder, Architect shall continue to provide and perform services hereunder pending a subsequent resolution of such disputes.

Continuation of Architect Services.
