Common use of Continuation of Architect Services Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Architect Services. Except in the event of the DISTRICT’s failure to make payment of an undisputed invoice due ARCHITECT for the Project, notwithstanding any disputes between DISTRICT and ARCHITECT hereunder or in connection with the Project, ARCHITECT and DISTRICT shall each continue to perform their respective obligations hereunder; including the obligation of the ARCHITECT to continue to provide and perform services hereunder pending a subsequent resolution of such disputes.
