CONTINUATION OF HIRING PROCESS. Should an Internal Applicant decide to grieve the denial of the transfer, the Employer shall have the right to proceed with the hiring process as outlined, and make a conditional offer of employment to another candidate. However, if the grievance of the denial of transfer succeeds the Employer shall have the right to terminate the employment relationship with the other candidate.
