Common use of Continuation of Plan Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Plan. Subject to the continuing approval of the Commissioner of Internal 6 Revenue, to the extent available, and of other cognizant governmental authorities, as more particularly 7 hereinafter specified, and to the provisions of 15.6, a Voluntary Investment Plan (hereinafter call the 8 Plan) in the form as now in effect as to the employees within the units to which this Agreement relates 9 shall continue to be effective while this Agreement is in effect as to such employees in accordance with 10 and subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of the Plan. 11
