Common use of Continuation of Plan Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Plan. Subject to the continuing approval of the Commissioner of Internal 26 Revenue and of other cognizant governmental authorities, as more particularly hereinafter specified, 27 and to the provisions of 15.5, a Voluntary Investment Plan (hereinafter call the Plan) in the form as now 28 in effect as to the employees within the units to which this Agreement relates shall continue to be 29 effective while this Agreement is in effect as to such employees in accordance with and subject to the terms, 30 conditions and limitations of the Plan. 31

Continuation of Plan. Continuation of Plan. 33 Subject to the continuing approval of the Commissioner of Internal 26 Revenue and of 34 other cognizant governmental authorities, as more particularly hereinafter 35 specified, 27 and to the provisions of 15.5Section 10.6, a Voluntary Investment Plan retirement plan 36 (hereinafter call called the Plan) in the form as now 28 in effect as to the employees 37 within the units to which this Agreement relates shall continue to be 29 38 effective while this Agreement is in effect as to such employees in 39 accordance with and subject to the terms, 30 conditions conditions, and limitations of the 40 Plan. 31.
