Continued VTCT approval Sample Clauses

Continued VTCT approval. A centre which has been approved for the delivery and assessment of qualifications, but has not registered learners with VTCT for a qualification within six months of approval or for any twelve month period thereafter, will have their approval status withdrawn. There may be valid circumstances, planned or unplanned, that delay registration of learners. If this is the case centres should contact the Quality Assurance Department (xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx.xx) who can extend these periods. Reinstatement of a centre’s approval status will require the approval process to be undertaken. An application for reapproval will need to be completed and a further recognition visit may be required. Service fees for reapproval are stated in the current Qualification Catalogue.
