CONTRACT APPROVAL. All Membership Contracts are subject to final approval by Crunch Management. Crunch reserves the right to refuse this contract for any reason at our sole discretion.
CONTRACT APPROVAL. The Association's operations in the California State Parks are dependent upon execution of this Agreement by the Director of the Department and approval by the Department of General Services pursuant to Sections 513, 5009, 5009.1-5009.3 and other sections of the California Public Resources Code as well as Sections 10335 et seq. and 19130(b) of the Public Contract Code.
CONTRACT APPROVAL. The Contractual understanding set forth in this written Agreement is valid only if the contract is signed by an authorized agent of the Client. The undersigned signifies that they are an approved agent of the Client.
CONTRACT APPROVAL. All CCRPC contracts shall be conditioned upon approval by a majority of the voting Members of the Steering Committee and shall be consistent with Section 6, above.
CONTRACT APPROVAL. Upon receipt of the Security Deposit and this Agreement executed by Licensee, Licensor shall review the proposed Agreement and issue an approval or denial of this Agreement within three (3) business days. Licensee agrees and acknowledges that this Agreement may be approved or denied at the sole discretion of the Licensor. If the proposed Agreement is denied by the Licensor, Licensor shall return the Security Deposit to Licensee within three (3) business days of the decision.

CONTRACT APPROVAL. By clicking the “ACCEPT” button when downloading or installing the Software or by copying, accessing or using the Software, Documentation, Cloud Services, or Support Services and Professional Services, as applicable; or by issuing a purchase order that references this Agreement, You agree that this Agreement governs Your use of the Software and Documentation, receipt of the Cloud Services, Support Services and Professional Services.
CONTRACT APPROVAL. Contracts for the purchase of general plant items are not subject to RUS approval and need not be submitted to RUS unless specifi- cally requested by RUS on a case by case basis. This section covers the purchase of microwave and power line carrier com- munications systems, load control, and supervisory control and data acquisi- tion (SCADA) systems. Mobile radio systems are covered as general plant materials in § 1726.175.
CONTRACT APPROVAL. The Contract is not effective until it has been approved by the State. The Contractor may not commence performance under this Contract until it has been approved by the State. Should the Contractor begin work prior to receiving a copy of the approved Contract, any work performed prior to execution of the contract shall be considered as having been done at the Contractor's own risk and as a volunteer.
