Continued Work Pledge. The Union agrees that during the term of this Agreement neither it nor its officers, representatives, committee persons, stewards, members, nor the employees covered by this Agreement will for any reason, directly or indirectly, call, sanction, support, counsel, encourage, or engage in any strike, walk-out, slow-down, sit-in, stay-away, concerted failure to report for duty, or any other activities that may result in any curtailment of work or the restriction or interference with the Employer’s operation. It is expressly recognized, and the Union agrees, that the scope of activity prohibited in this paragraph is intended to include, but not be limited to, such activities as sympathy strikes, unfair labor practice strikes, and a refusal of an employee or employees to cross any type of picket line at the Employer’s premises.

Continued Work Pledge. The Board, Union, and each support staff member recognize the primary responsibility is to the children of the District and declare that their mutual objective is to provide those children with a proper education. To that end, it is agreed that during the life of this Agreement (when the calendar, wages and benefits packages are agreed upon and in place), they will not permit, cause, encourage, or participate in any interruption, disturbance, or interference with the continuous normal education of such children by sanction, concerted activity, or otherwise, and that any difference of opinion or dispute which there may be between or among themselves will not be allowed to affect in any way the normal education afforded the children of the Cedar Springs School District.

  • Continued Operations Instrument Registry Operator shall comply with the terms and conditions relating to the Continued Operations Instrument set forth in Specification 8 attached hereto (“Specification 8”).

  • WORK PRODUCT/PRE-EXISTING WORK PRODUCT OF CONTRACTOR Any and all work product resulting from this Contract is commissioned by the County of Marin as a work for hire. The County of Marin shall be considered, for all purposes, the author of the work product and shall have all rights of authorship to the work, including, but not limited to, the exclusive right to use, publish, reproduce, copy and make derivative use of, the work product or otherwise grant others limited rights to use the work product.   • Modified Work Program The Employer shall provide modified work for any employee injured on the job as per the requirements of the Workers’ Safety and Insurance Board. The employee must co-operate in developing and participating in, a modified work program suited to his capabilities, and with the approval of his physician and/or the WSIB. Both the Employer and the employee shall work together to return the employee to good health and his regular duties.

  • Offshore Performance of Work Prohibited Due to security and identity protection concerns, all services under this Agreement shall be performed within the borders of the United States. All storage and processing of information shall be performed within the borders of the United States. This provision applies to work performed by the Subrecipient’s contractors and subcontractors at all tiers.

  • Rights in Work Product (a) In the course of its performance under this Purchase Order, Seller may conceive or reduce to practice inventions, discoveries, improvements, concepts, in tangible or intangible form, written materials, documentation, databases, designs, discs, tapes, programs, software, architectures, files and other material (collectively “Work Product”). Any and all rights in intellectual property, including without limitation, copyrights (including mask work rights), patents, design rights, database rights, rights in know-how, trade secrets and other confidential information and other similar rights worldwide, whether registered or not and including any applications for the foregoing (collectively “Intellectual Property”) in and to the Work Product shall be the exclusive property of TI from the date of inception. All Work Product shall be deemed "work-for-hire" as defined under United States copyright law and shall be the exclusive property of TI from the date of inception. If the Work Product does not qualify as a "work-for-hire", then in any event all Intellectual Property rights in and to the Work Product, including the copyright, will be deemed automatically transferred to TI from its inception. Xxxxxx agrees to assign and hereby assigns to TI Intellectual Property rights in and to all Work Product and waives any moral rights in favor of TI. TI shall have the exclusive worldwide right to use, edit, translate, publish, transfer or sell the Work Product prepared by Seller in any manner that TI deems fit without further payment to Seller. The Work Product shall be deemed to be TI confidential information and shall not be disclosed to other than TI or used by Seller or others without TI’s prior written consent.

  • CONTINUATION OF PERFORMANCE THROUGH TERMINATION The Subrecipient shall continue to perform, in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement, up to the date of termination, as directed in the termination notice.
