Common use of Continuing Privacy and Security Obligation Clause in Contracts

Continuing Privacy and Security Obligation. Business Associate’s obligation to protect the privacy and safeguard the security of Protected Health Information as specified in this BA Agreement will be continuous and survive termination or other conclusion of this BA Agreement.
