Continuing Privacy and Security Obligation. Business Associate’s obligation to maintain the confidentiality, privacy, and security of any Confidential Information and Protected Health Information it created or received for or from PHPNI will be continuous and, with respect to any such Confidential Information and Protected Health Information it retains following such event, will survive termination, cancellation, expiration, or other conclusion of the Agreement.
