Continuous Length of Service. The parties agree that, for all purposes of this Collective Agreement where the length of service with the Foundation is relevant for those employees who were employees for the City of Edmonton on December 31, 1983 under the terms of a Collective Agreement between the City of Edmonton and Civic Service Union 52 signed on April 7, 1982 and who became employees of the Foundation under the terms of this Collective Agreement, shall be their individual last date of hire with the City of Edmonton.
