LONG SERVICE RECOGNITION. ‌ 37.01 Employees covered by this Agreement will be eligible for the benefits provided for under the Western Policy 3.5 – Service Recognition in the Manual of Administrative Policies and Procedures. Service shall be defined in accordance with Article 10.03.

LONG SERVICE RECOGNITION. Regular full-time employees who have completed thirty (30) years of continuous service with The Windsor Star shall be entitled to two (2) days off with pay each year, commencing with the year following the employee's thirtieth (30th) anniversary. Such time off shall be taken at a mutually agreeable time. Regular full-time employees who have completed thirty-five (35) years of continuous service with The Windsor Star shall be entitled to five

LONG SERVICE RECOGNITION. An Employee, commencing on their thirty-first (31st) year anniversary date and each year thereafter, shall receive one (1) additional day with pay. Employees will not be entitled to this additional day off with pay in years where they are entitled to their bonus week of vacation as outlined in article 13.21. The additional day off shall be scheduled on a day that is mutually agreeable to the parties and shall not be unreasonably denied. The Long Service Recognition Day will be utilized in the year it was awarded to them, this day is not to be carried forward. It is the employee’s responsibility to track this day.

LONG SERVICE RECOGNITION. An employee who resigns or passes away (payable to their estate) from his/her position with the Division after fifteen (15) or more consecutive years of service in a support staff position shall be entitled to and have the option of a paid leave or a lump sum payment based on two (2) days for each year of said service. The number of days to which an employee is so entitled shall be calculated on a pro-rated basis for part-time employment during said service, if applicable. The determination of Long Service Recognition for Bus Drivers shall include program runs.

LONG SERVICE RECOGNITION. Permanent employees working full-time hours shall receive the equivalent of one (1) week of regular pay upon completion of each five (5) years of satisfactory continuous service with the Foundation. Permanent employees working part-time hours shall receive the equivalent of one (1) week of average hours worked in the previous 12 (twelve) months upon completion of each five (5) years of satisfactory continuous service with the foundation. The Long Service Recognition pay shall be received in the anniversary year only within two (2) pay periods following their anniversary date.

LONG SERVICE RECOGNITION. Eligibility Cameco will offer a retiring allowance to employees age 55 and over who have a minimum of 25 years of continuous service, and who have provided nine months written notice to their department head should they choose to resign from Cameco. Benefit An amount of $200 per year of continuous service. The benefit amount will not be pro-rated for the last year of service. The allowance will be paid following the employee’s last day of work.

LONG SERVICE RECOGNITION. A pin of recognition shall be awarded to regular employees who have completed 20 years of good and faithful service.
