Common use of Continuous Membership Clause in Contracts

Continuous Membership. Members of the Association who had dues deductions made under the terms of the previous collective bargaining agreement shall continue to be members of the Association and have dues deducted, unless such individuals revoke membership. Deductions for such members shall be made in twelve (12) equal amounts from each paycheck beginning the pay period in September through the pay period in August of each year.
