Total Contract Amount The contract total for services shall not exceed $1,200,000. Pricing shall be per Exhibit F attached.

CONTRACT AMOUNT AND PAYMENT FOR SERVICES 5.1 Fiscal Year 2020 Contract Amount. The total amount of HHSC's share of this Contract for fiscal year 2020 shall not exceed $3,615,665.86. LIDDA's share of this Contract for fiscal year 2020, the local match, is $289,027.35. The total value of this Contract for fiscal year 2020 shall not exceed $3,904,693.21.
Clauses and Schedules Any reference in this Agreement to a Clause or a sub-clause or a Schedule is, unless otherwise stated, to a clause or a sub-clause hereof or a schedule hereto.
Entitlement and Calculation of Payment Subject to maintaining any superior conditions concerning entitlement, vacation entitlement shall be as follows: An employee who has completed less than one year of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to two annual vacation. Payment for such vacation shall be prorated in accordance with his/her service. An employee who has completed one year but less than three years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to two weeks' annual vacation with pay. An employee who has completed three years but less than eight years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to three weeks' annual vacation with Effective in the vacation year where the date for determining vacation entitlement in the individual Hospital falls on or after January the service requirement for three weeks vacation shall be two or more years of full-time continuous service. An employee who has completed eight years but less than fifteen years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to four annual vacation with Effective in the vacation year where the date for determining vacation entitlement in the individual Hospital falls on or after January the service requirement for four weeks vacation shall be six or more years of full-time continuous service. Effective in the vacation year where the date for determining vacation entitlement falls on or after January the service requirement for four weeks vacation shall be five or more years of full-time continuous service. An employee who has completed fifteen years but less than twenty-five years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to five annual vacation with pay. An employee who has completed twenty-five or more years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to six weeks annual vacation with pay. Vacation pay shall be calculated on the basis of the employees' regular straight time rate of pay times their normal weekly hours of work, subject to the application of the Effect of Absence provision.
CONTRACT AMOUNT Compensation amount(s), when stated in this Bid Specifications, shall not be construed as either the maximum or minimum amount which Department shall be obligated to accept as the result of this Bid Specifications or any Agreement entered into as a result of this Bid Specifications.
NOTICE TO PROCEED AND SCHEDULE The CONSULTANT shall begin the work to be performed under this Contract only upon receipt of the written notice to proceed from the LPA, and shall deliver the work to the LPA in accordance with the schedule contained in Appendix "C" which is herein attached to and made an integral part of this Contract.
Exhibits and Schedules The exhibits and schedules attached to this Agreement are incorporated herein and shall be considered a part of this Agreement for the purposes stated herein.
Unit Weekend Schedule A unit weekend schedule may be developed in order to meet the Hospital’s need for weekend staff, and individual nurses’ preference for a weekend work schedule. A unit weekend schedule is defined as a schedule in which a full-time nurse works a weekly average of thirty (30) hours and is paid for 37.5 hours at her or his regular straight time hourly rate. The schedule must include two 11.25 hour tours, which fall within a weekend period as determined by the Hospital and the Association. A nurse working a weekend schedule will work every weekend except as provided for in the provisions below. If the Hospital and the Association agree to a unit weekend schedule, the introduction of that schedule and the manner in which the position(s) are filled, shall be determined by the local parties and recorded in the Appendix of Local Provisions. This unit schedule may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined within the Appendix of Local Provisions.
