NOTICE TO PROCEED AND SCHEDULE. The CONSULTANT shall begin the work to be performed under this Contract only upon receipt of the written notice to proceed from the LPA, and shall deliver the work to the LPA in accordance with the schedule contained in Appendix "C" which is herein attached to and made an integral part of this Contract.

Subsequent to completion and City approval of the Schedule, the Contractor will receive a Notice to Proceed. No work shall commence without receiving the Notice to Proceed from the City.   • Notice to Proceed (NTP Following the JOA and purchase order issuance, the County will issue a Notice to Proceed (NTP) that will provide the construction start date, the Work duration period, and the Substantial Completion date. The Contractor agrees to begin and complete construction within the dates specified on the NTP. The County must approve all extensions of time in writing. The County may also issue an Emergency Notice to Proceed (NTP). In the event the County requires the Contractor to respond to an immediate request for work, a Job Order will be created and an Emergency NTP will be issued. The Contractor will be required to perform the Scope of Work included with the Emergency NTP as directed by the County’s Project Manager or designee. The Detailed Scope of Work, Quotation, Subcontractor Listing, Shop Drawings and required Non Pre-priced backup documentation will be submitted upon completion of the emergency work in accordance with the Ordering Procedures detailed in Section III above.

  • Notice to Proceed Work shall not commence on this Project until the Director has issued a written Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with the Recipient's responsibilities concerning OEPA plan approval, when applicable. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • Unit Weekend Schedule A unit weekend schedule may be developed in order to meet the Hospital’s need for weekend staff, and individual nurses’ preference for a weekend work schedule. A unit weekend schedule is defined as a schedule in which a full-time nurse works a weekly average of thirty (30) hours and is paid for 37.5 hours at her or his regular straight time hourly rate. The schedule must include two 11.25 hour tours, which fall within a weekend period as determined by the Hospital and the Association. A nurse working a weekend schedule will work every weekend except as provided for in the provisions below. If the Hospital and the Association agree to a unit weekend schedule, the introduction of that schedule and the manner in which the position(s) are filled, shall be determined by the local parties and recorded in the Appendix of Local Provisions. This unit schedule may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined within the Appendix of Local Provisions. The opportunity for an individual nurse to discontinue this schedule shall be resolved by the local parties:

  • Construction Schedules Construction Manager shall incorporate the relevant portions of the Project Schedule, into its Construction Schedules. Construction Manager shall include with its Estimated Contract Sum preliminary Construction Schedules for Owner Parties’ review. After Owner approves the Project budget, Construction Manager shall update and distribute with the Progress Report its approved Construction Schedules throughout the duration of the Work. Each such updated Construction Schedule shall conform to the Contract Documents’ requirements and shall accurately reflect progress and remaining estimated durations of applicable Work.

  • Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.

  • Priority of agreements, clauses and schedules 1.4.1 This Agreement, and all other agreements and documents forming part of or referred to in this Agreement are to be taken as mutually explanatory and, unless otherwise expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement, the priority of this Agreement and other documents and agreements forming part hereof or referred to herein shall, in the event of any conflict between them, be in the following order:
