Contract and Salary Notices. Each bargaining unit member, each year, will receive either a one (1) year limited contract or if the member has a continuing contract, a salary notices that states the salary for the coming year. Contracts of longer than one (1) year shall include a statement that includes the granting of all raises and increments as provided for in the salary schedule or by law.

  • Proprietary Notices Customer agrees to maintain and reproduce all copyright, proprietary, and other notices on all copies, in any form, of the Software in the same form and manner that such copyright and other proprietary notices are included on the Software. Except as expressly authorized in the Agreement, Customer shall not make any copies or duplicates of any Software without the prior written permission of Cisco.

  • Statutory Notices Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 15, any written notice, other than as specifically set forth in this Section 15, required by any statute or law now or hereafter in force is hereby waived by Tenant to the fullest extent available under law. When the grievance is eligible for initiation at Step 3, the grievance shall be filed on the grievance form contained in Appendix B of this Contract, setting forth specifically the facts on which the grievance is based, the specific provision(s) of the Contract allegedly violated, and the relief requested.

  • Disciplinary Notice Each employee shall receive a copy of any formal disciplinary notice that is to be placed in his/her personnel file. With the consent of the employee concerned, notification shall be given to the Local Union that a disciplinary notice is being served on the employee.

  • Personnel File Review a. A unit member has the right upon his/her own request to review the contents of his/her personnel file. The review will be conducted in the presence of the administrator, or his/her designee, responsible for the safekeeping of such file. The employee may have a committee person assist in said review. Such review shall be conducted at a mutually agreeable time. A copy of requested material will be provided.

  • Training Records A. Employees may request a copy of their training record. The Employer will provide either a hard copy or electronic access to their training record. If an employee provides documentation to the Employer of work-related training it will be recorded in the training record or the employee personnel file.

  • Preparatory Contract Negotiations Meetings Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee to attend preparatory contract negotiations meetings.
