Contract Composition and Order of Precedence. Any submission made by Contractor in response to the State’s Letter of Intent (Bid Specifications) Document shall be incorporated into this Agreement by reference. This Agreement shall be in conformity with, and shall be governed by, all applicable laws of the Federal government and the State of Rhode Island.   • Mini-Bid Transactional Order of Precedence Conflicts of terms and conditions shall be resolved in the order of precedence set forth in section 2.2 Conflict of Terms. Contract Survival The starting date for each Authorized User Agreement will vary but shall not exceed three (3) years in duration.
