Common use of Contract Documents and Order of Precedence Clause in Contracts

Contract Documents and Order of Precedence. 1.3.1 The Contract Documents consist of: (a) this Contract, including the Appendices and Exhibits set forth below, which are attached hereto or shall be deemed attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference; (b) Final Plans and Specifications to be developed in accordance with the terms of this Contract; and (c) the Baseline Schedule to be developed in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

Attachment A, describes the Scope of Services to be provided by the CONTRACTOR and the City’s operational responsibilities; and, Attachment B, Payment Terms. B. The Order of Precedence shall be as follows: (a1) this Contract, including the Appendices and Exhibits set forth below, which are attached hereto or shall be deemed attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference; (b2) Final Plans and Specifications to be developed in accordance with the terms of this ContractAttachment B; and and, (c3) the Baseline Schedule to be developed in accordance with the terms of this Contract.Attachment A.
