CONTRACT MONITORS. 4.02.1 In administering this Agreement, the CDCR shall designate a person, herein referred to as the CDCR Contract Monitor, to monitor the CONTRACTOR’s performance under this Agreement. If this provision is not completed at the time of contract execution, CDCR shall inform CONTRACTOR of the identity of said monitor, along with the information described below, prior to occupancy of the facility.
