Contract Non-Renewal. The City Manager shall give EMPLOYEE at least thirty (30) days’ written notice if EMPLOYEE’s contract will not be renewed. The City Manager, in his or her sole discretion, may place EMPLOYEE on administrative leave with pay until EMPLOYEE’s contract ends. In the event EMPLOYEE’s contract is not renewed, EMPLOYEE shall receive the following Non-Renewal Package:
