Common use of Contract Orientation Work Sessions Clause in Contracts

Contract Orientation Work Sessions. The City and the Union agree that the individuals having responsibility for the enforcement of the Agreement, Union Stewards and Department Directors/Supervisors, shall participate in an Annual Contract Orientation Work Session for the purpose of obtaining a better understanding of the provisions of the contract. These work sessions shall be held on City time and facilities.
