CONTRACT OWNER AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE. The Contract Owner is the entity named on the face page of the Contract. The Contract Owner shall be the Authorized Representative under this Contract of each Employer. The Contract Owner may appoint an Authorized Representative. The Authorized Representative must be mutually agreeable to both Nationwide and the Contract Owner. Nationwide will deal only with the Contract Owner or its Authorized Representative. Nationwide shall be entitled to rely on any action taken or omitted by the Contract Owner or its Authorized Representative pursuant to the terms of this Contract.
