CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS. The contract shall commence from the date of receipt of all necessary approvals and shall terminate upon the OEM’s Model Year Build-Out Date, or depletion of all stocks, whichever occurs last for the 2015 Model Year of the contract. Contractors will notify OGS, in writing, of the OEM’s Model Year Build-Out Date. Such notification must be submitted immediately upon the Contractor being notified by the OEM.
