Common use of CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS. This Contract shall commence after receipt of all necessary approvals, and shall become effective upon mailing of final Contract Award Notice by OGS in accordance with Appendix B § 26(i), Contract Creation/Execution. All Heavy Duty Truck Contracts awarded under solicitation 22910 will terminate simultaneously three (3) years from the date of OGS approval of the first Contract awarded. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the Contract may be renewed, under the same terms and conditions, for up to two (2) additional one (1) year term(s). The Contract renewal may be exercised on a month to month basis, such as an additional three (3) month, six (6) month, twelve (12) month, or twenty-four (24) month period.

All Heavy Duty Truck Transit Bus Contracts awarded under solicitation 22910 will 22945 shall terminate simultaneously three (3) years from the date of OGS approval of the first Contract contract awarded. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the Contract may be renewed, renewed under the same terms and conditions, conditions for up to two (2) additional one (1) year term(s)years. The Contract renewal may be exercised on a month to month basis, basis such as an additional three (3) month, six (6) month, twelve (12) month, or twenty-four (24) 24 month period.
