Contract Period Expiration. This Contract will terminate on the last day of the Contract Period or the last day of any extension of the Contract Period granted by the Plan Sponsor.

Contract Expiration The contract shall expire 120 days after the final services have been rendered.
CONTRACT PERIOD “Contract Period” shall mean the period commencing the day immediately preceding a Change in Control and ending on the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the Change in Control or (ii) the death of the Executive. For the purpose of this Agreement, a Change in Control shall be deemed to have occurred at the date specified in the definition of Change-in-Control.
COMMENCEMENT/EXPIRATION DATE This instrument is executed as of the date of last signature and is effective for five years from that date, at which time it will expire unless extended.
Contract Expiration / Automatic Renewal At the end of its term, this Agreement will expire, or at Energy Harbor’s option, automatically renew for a term less than or equal to its initial term unless you affirmatively cancel the Agreement. If this is a renewal Agreement and you do not affirmatively cancel as outlined in your notice of renewal, then your Retail Electric Service from Energy Harbor will automatically renew as outlined in your notice of renewal. You will receive written notification(s) from Energy Harbor in the forty-five (45) to ninety (90) days that precede either the expiration date of this Agreement or the effective date of any changes Energy Harbor proposes to its terms of service. In these advance notifications, Energy Harbor will explain your options, which may include renewing the Agreement, the specified rate, proposed changes if any, and what actions you must take to cancel the Agreement. You are responsible for arranging your electric supply upon the expiration of the Agreement. Hearing or speech impaired customers may contact the PUCO via 7-1-1 (Ohio relay service). The Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (OCC) represents residential utility customers in matters before the PUCO. The OCC can be contacted at 1-877- 742-5622 (toll free) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, or at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.
CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWAL The Contract is effective on the signature date of the latter of the Parties to sign this agreement and terminates on June 30, 2023, unless renewed, extended, or terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract. The Parties may extend this Contract subject to mutually agreeable terms and conditions.
Initial Term The initial term will begin on the date set forth in the Contract documents or on the date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later.
Policy Renewal/Expiration At least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of any policy required by this Contract, evidence of renewal or replacement policies of insurance with terms no less favorable to OGS than the expiring policies shall be delivered to OGS in the manner required for service of notice in Paragraph A.3.
CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS The Contract(s) shall be in effect for three (3) years, unless terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the Contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one years. The Contract renewal may be exercised on a month to month basis such as an additional three month, six month, twelve month, or 24 month period.
Card Expiration The Card will expire no sooner than the date printed on the back of it. You will not be able to use the Card after the expiration date; however, a replacement will be automatically mailed to you prior to the expiration of the soon-to-expire Card. If you need a replacement for any reason other than at the time of the Card’s expiration, you may request one at any time by following the procedures in the sub-section above captioned “Card Replacement.”
A2 Initial Contract Period The Contract shall take effect on the Commencement Date and shall expire automatically on 30 June 2013, unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, or otherwise lawfully terminated, or extended under clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period).
