Contracting Authority Obligations. B3-1 The Contracting Authority shall: B3-1-1 provide the Supplier with reasonable access at reasonable times to the Contracting Authority’s premises for the purpose of providing the Services; and B3-1-2 provide such information to the Supplier as the Supplier may reasonably request and the Contracting Authority considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of providing the Services. B4 Charges and payment B4-1 The Charges for the Services shall be set out in the Order, and shall be the full and exclusive remuneration of the Supplier in respect of the performance of the Services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Contracting Authority or UK SBS acting as an agent on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the Charges shall include every cost and expense of the Supplier directly or indirectly incurred in connection with the performance of the Services. B4-2 Where the Order states that the Services are to be provided on a time and materials basis, the Charges for those Services will be calculated as follows: B4-2-1 the charges payable for the Services will be calculated in accordance with the Supplier's standard daily fee rates (as at the date of the Order), subject to any discount specified in the Order;

B7-4 The Supplier may invoice the Contracting Authority for the Supplies on or at any time after the completion of delivery. B7-5 The Contracting Authority shall pay correctly rendered invoices within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. If the Contracting Authority agrees to a shorter payment period under any Contract, that shorter payment period will also apply under clause B7-7 of this Framework Contract. Payment shall be made to the bank account nominated in writing by the Supplier unless the Contracting Authority agrees in writing to another payment method.
