Contractor Applications for Payment. By the 15th of each month the Contractor shall submit to the Architect/Engineer an itemized Application for Payment in accordance with the Schedule of Values. Such application shall be supported by data substantiating the Contractor's right to payment as the Owner or Architect/Engineer may require.
