Contractor Assumption of Permitting Risk for the. Work Contractor explicitly assumes the risk of obtaining and maintaining all Permits required for the Work, including the risk of delay, non-issuance or imposition of any term or condition in connection therewith by a governmental body. Authority, without warranty or guarantee as to outcome, will provide assistance wherever reasonably possible to aid Contractor in obtaining expedited reviews of information submitted to Governmental Bodies. All other required permits and/or fees shall be the responsibility of Contractor and are incidental to other respective bid items.

Contractor acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
