Authority’s Project Manager. At that time a detailed modification shall be executed in writing by 13 both parties. Disagreement that cannot be resolved within negotiations shall be resolved in 14 accordance with the Agreement’s dispute clause. Authority’s Project Manager. Authority has designated a Project Manager to administer this Contract and act as Authority’s liaison with Contractor in connection with the Work. Contractor understands and agrees that the Project Manager has limited authority with respect to the implementation of this Contract. The Project Manager cannot verbally bind Authority with respect to any material change in scope or to consummate a Change Order. Within such limitations, Contractor shall be entitled to rely on the written directions of the Project Manager with regard to field and other directives that may result in associated changes to the Work or schedule. The Project Manager shall have the right at any time to issue Contractor a written Request for Information relating to this Contract or any Work thereunder. Any such request is designated as a “priority request” and shall be responded to by Contractor within two (2) business days. Operational inspection and acceptance of all equipment and construction will be conducted by Authority’s Project Manager. Authority’s Project Manager reserves the right to include other staff members or professional personnel to help with the Project.
Authority’s Project Manager. Unless otherwise specified by the Authority, the Authority’s project manager ("Authority Project Manager") shall be its Director of Airport Operations, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx. All requests for payment by the Contractor under this Agreement shall be directed to the Authority Project Manager.

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.
