Pre instruction of its Personnel prior to making recommendations to the Authority as to the Personnel who will be engaged pursuant to any purchase order, and thereafter inspection and monitoring of feedback from the Authority so as to ensure quality and suitability of those Personnel throughout the Contract period. b. Ensuring that all levels of training of such Personnel are adequate to meet the requirements of the Authority as set out in this Contract or Service Level Agreement or as otherwise Agreed from time to time. c. Maintenance of a quality assurance system to ensure that its Personnel perform their function to this Contract. d. Regular liaison with the Authorised Officers so as to ensure the efficiency and adequacy of the Service. e. Ensuring that each member of its Personnel provide the Service to the Contract Standard.

  • SERVICES BY CONTRACTOR'S OWN STAFF 8.1. The services to be performed hereunder shall be performed by CONTRACTOR's own staff, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the OWNER. The employment of, contract with, or use of the services of any other person or firm by CONTRACTOR, as independent contractor or otherwise, shall be subject to the prior written approval of the OWNER. No provision of this Agreement shall, however, be construed as constituting an agreement between the OWNER and any such other person or firm. Nor shall anything contained herein be deemed to give any such party or any third party any claim or right of action against the OWNER beyond such as may otherwise exist without regard to this Agreement.

  • Contractor Responsibility for System Agency’s Termination Costs If the System Agency terminates the Contract for cause, the Contractor shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Contractor. These costs include, but are not limited to, the costs of procuring a substitute vendor and the cost of any claim or litigation attributable to Contractor’s failure to perform any Work in accordance with the terms of the Contract.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract. a. The contractor shall notify all potential subcontractors and suppliers and lessors of their EEO obligations under this contract. b. The contractor will use good faith efforts to ensure subcontractor compliance with their EEO obligations.

  • Coordination of Services Consultant agrees to work closely with City staff in the performance of Services and shall be available to City’s staff, consultants and other staff at all reasonable times.

  • Data Necessary to Perform Services The Trust or its agent shall furnish to USBFS the data necessary to perform the services described herein at such times and in such form as mutually agreed upon.
