CONTRACTOR’S INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS The insurance requirements of this Contract are set forth in Appendix J and, if applicable, Appendix J.
Subcontractor Insurance In accord with Good Utility Practice, each Interconnected Entity shall require each of its subcontractors to maintain and provide evidence of insurance coverage of types, and in amounts, commensurate with the risks associated with the services provided by the subcontractor. Bonding of contractors or subcontractors shall be at the hiring Interconnected Entity’s discretion, but regardless of bonding, the hiring principal shall be responsible for the performance or non- performance of any contractor or subcontractor it hires.
Subcontractor Insurance Requirements Consultant shall require each of its subcontractors that perform services under this Agreement to maintain insurance coverage that meets all of the requirements of this Section 11.
Umbrella Policies Contractor may satisfy basic coverage limits through any combination of basic coverage and umbrella insurance.
Subcontractors’ Insurance If a part of the Agreement is to be sublet, the Consulting Engineer/Architect shall either:
a. Cover all subcontractors in its insurance policies, or
b. Require each subcontractor not so covered to secure insurance which will protect subcontractor against all applicable hazards or risks of loss as and in the minimum amounts designated. Whichever option is chosen, Consulting Engineer/Architect shall indemnify and hold harmless the City as to any and all damages, claims or losses, including attorney's fees, arising out of the acts or omissions of its subcontractors.
Contractor Insurance Requirements When performing Work on property in the care, custody, or control of the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall maintain all commercial general liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and any other insurance the Judicial Council deems appropriate under the Agreement. Upon request from the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall furnish an insurance certificate evidencing required insurance coverage acceptable to the Judicial Council. The Contractor may also be required to have the Judicial Council shown as an additional insured on selected policies.
Contractor’s Insurance 27.1 The Contractor shall procure and maintain at all times it performs any portion of the Services the following insurance with minimum limits equal to the amount indicated below.
Contractor Key Personnel The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS SB Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS SB Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS SB and task orders solicited and awarded under OASIS SB. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS SB CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS SB CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).
Personnel Policies The School shall adopt, update, and adhere to personnel policies. These policies must be made readily accessible from the School’s website or school office, as described in Section 11.4.
1. If the policy is not available from the School’s website, the School shall submit the current policy to the Commission.
Contractor Insurance All insurance shall be procured from companies authorized to do business in the State of Florida, with a minimum of A.M. Best rating of A, or equivalent. Proof of coverage shall be provided by submitting to the University’s Risk Management Office a certificate or certificates, evidencing the existence thereof or insurance binders and shall be delivered within fifteen (15) days of the tentative award date of the Agreement. In the event a binder is delivered, it shall be replaced within thirty (30) days by a certificate in lieu thereto. A renewal certificate shall be delivered to the University’s Risk Management Office at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of each expiring policy. The University, at its sole discretion, has the right to deviate from any of the insurance requirements herein. If the University decides to deviate from the insurance requirements stated herein, the University will inform the Contractor in writing.
