CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION. Contractor promptly shall complete the following within seven (7) days of execution of this Participating Addendum:
(a) WEBS REGISTRATION: Contractor shall register in Washington’s WEBS System at WEBS. Contractor further shall ensure that all of its information therein is current and accurate and that, throughout the term of this Participating Addendum, Contractor shall maintain an accurate profile in WEBS.
(b) STATEWIDE PAYEE DESK REGISTRATION: Contractor shall register with Washington’s Statewide Payee Desk and receive a statewide vendor registration number. Washington state agencies cannot make payments to Contractor until Contractor is registered. Registration materials are available here: Receiving Payment from the State.
CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION. The CONTRACTOR agrees and covenants to furnish unto the COUNTY proper evidence that the CONTRACTOR has fully complied with the State Licensing Law. CONTRACTOR shall include his contractor's license number in the space provided on the front page of this Agreement.
CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION. Pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR.
CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION. CONTRACTOR and its subcontractors must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5. This Agreement shall not be effective until CONTRACTOR provides proof of registration to the CITY.
CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION. 1.14.1 The county will not receive or consider a bid proposal for a construction contract unless the bidder is registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board or licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board as required by ORS 671.530.
CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION. The Contractor agrees to complete registration with the Department of Revenue, Department of Labor and Industries New Account Division and Employment Security Tax Administration by having filed a master business application prior to the execution of this Contract and to pay any taxes, fees, or deposits required by the state as a condition of providing services under this Contract. Contractor will provide the Agency with its Washington Unified Business Identifier (UBI) number and its Washington Department of Revenue tax account number, and, if applicable, its Labor and Industries account number and its Unemployment Insurance tax number, if registration with these agencies occurred prior to January 2, 1987. Required information will be provided prior to the Contractor commencing services under this Contract.
CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION. Pursuant to RCW 39.06, the Contractor shall be registered or licensed as required by the laws of the State of Washington, including but not limited to RCW 18.27.
CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION. All Downstream Participants will be deemed Service Providers with respect to Covered Transactions as applicable under this Agreement unless a Downstream Participant makes an affirmative election to register as a “Contractor” through the IAB registration page.
CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION. On and after March 1, 2015, no contractor may bid on a public works project unless the contractor is, and no subcontractor may be listed in any bid for a public works project unless the subcontractor is, currently registered with the DIR and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5. On and after April 1, 2015, no contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for work on a public works project, or may perform any work on a public works project, unless the contractor or subcontractor is currently registered with the DIR and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5. It is not a violation of Labor Code Section 1725.5 for an unregistered contractor to submit a bid authorized by Business and Professions Code Section 7029.1 or Public Contract Code Section 20103.5, if the contractor is registered at the time the contract is awarded.
CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION. Construction contracts greater than $2,500.00 require Contractors to be registered with the Department of Labor & Industry under 39-9-201 and 39-9-204 MCA prior to Contract execution. A copy of the registration certificate must be provided to Department. Contractor’s registration number is #55235 - expiration date of 10/27/2018.
