Employment Security definition

Employment Security means that an employee who has completed 8 years of Cumulative Compensated Service with the Company will have Employment Security as provided in Article 7.

PARTIES BOUND This Agreement is binding on The District Council of Streaky Bay and employees of Council who are covered by the terms and conditions of the Award. This Agreement excludes the position of Chief Executive Officer, Works Manager, Corporate Services Manager, Development Assessment Manager and Project Manager ‐ Building This Agreement excludes any person that is employed by the District Council of Streaky Bay under a Government Scheme or any other scheme e.g., RISE, Jobstart, HACC.
