Proof of Registration. A Registered Practical Nurse is required to present to the Director of Care or designate by February 15th of each year, his/her certificate of competence, accompanied by an annual registration payment card. The Employer agrees to attach a memo to the pay stubs of each employee so affected with the first pay period in December of each year stating this requirement. The Employer further agrees to post such reminder on the schedule board for the months of December, January and February of each year. Failure to provide proof of the above may result in disciplinary action. If, through no fault of the employee, the college has failed to deliver to the registrant his/her registration, no discipline shall occur. If reinstatement is required it shall be effective within seventy-two (72) hours following the date and time of presentation of proof of the above. It is understood that such reinstatement shall not result in overtime compensation.
Proof of Registration. The employee is expected to produce copies of receipts, etc., at time of registration and evidence that he has passed the examination/course, etc.
Proof of Registration in a post-secondary institution in Canada and proof of acceptance by a Spanish institution to complete their academic training, within the framework of an inter-institutional agreement. Young Canadians wishing to obtain additional training in Spain (categories “a” and “c” beneficiaries):
1. A pre-arranged contract of employment, valid up to the authorized stay.
Proof of Registration. If a Regulated Health Professional or Registered Social Worker is advised or notified that he/she is not a member in good standing with her College for any reason, including non-payment of the annual fee, the employee will notify the Employer immediately and will be placed on non-disciplinary suspension without pay. If the employee presents evidence that her or his Registration has been reinstated, he/she shall be reinstated to her or his position effective upon presenting such evidence. Failure to provide evidence within ninety (90) calendar days of the employee being placed on non-disciplinary suspension by the Employer will result in the employee being deemed to be no longer qualified and the employee shall be terminated with cause from the employ of the Employer unless there are extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the employee. Such termination shall not be the subject of a grievance or arbitration, subject to the provisions of the Ontario Human Rights Code.
Proof of Registration. The prospective borrower must have a current identification card that has been issued to the borrower by the home college. The borrower must present this card to the circulation desk at the lending library for validation and fill out any registration forms to establish a local address. Collateral identification and/or a refundable deposit may be required. If no expiry date is shown on the home college ID, the lending library may request verification of current status. Length of Loan The initial loan period and any subsequent renewals are at the discretion of the lending library. Fines and Overdue Borrowers will be responsible for all fines incurred. The lending library may request the assistance of the home library with overdue items and fine collection. Borrowing privileges at the home library may be suspended until the obligations of the lending library have been met. Other penalties such as withholding of marks may be applied by the home library. Damaged and Lost Library Materials Borrowers are responsible for all material borrowed in their name. Lost items must be reported promptly to the lending library’s circulation department. Borrowers who lose or fail to return library materials will be charged with replacement costs as determined by the lending library. The borrower may also be invoiced by the lending library for library materials that were returned in a damaged condition.
Proof of Registration. Employees who have been hired with a condition of employment to have a Certificate of Registration, including any statutory requirement, are required to present to the Manager or designate evidence that her or his Certificate of Registration is in good standing and is currently in effect. Proof of Registration is due in accordance with the dates established by the Colleges or Professional Association.
Proof of Registration. The Tenant shall provide the Landlord with the Tenant’s WorkSafe BC registration number and a letter from WorkSafe BC confirming that the Tenant is registered in good standing with WorkSafe BC and that all assessments have been paid to date thereof prior to the Landlord having any obligations to pay monies under this contract.

Proof of Registration. The lessee is responsible to inform the lessor all the applied for changes to the Company business that require a changed proof of registration and changed ownership. The notice shall be in writing by the lessee sending a new company registration/proof of registration, or alternatively a proof of change to the lessor when the changes occur.
Proof of Registration. An RPN is required to present to the Director of Resident Care or designate on or before January 15th of each year, evidence that his or her General Certificate of Registration is in good standing and currently in effect. Such time will be extended for reasons where the College of Nurses of Ontario permits the RPN’s General Certificate of Registration to remain in effect. If the RPN’s General Certificate of Registration is not provided by the RPN by January 15th, the RPN will be placed on non-disciplinary suspension without pay. If the RPN presents evidence that his or her General Certificate of Registration has been reinstated, he or she shall be reinstated to his or her position effective upon presenting such evidence. Failure to provide evidence within thirty (30) calendar days of the RPN being placed on non-disciplinary suspension by the Employer will result in the RPN being deemed to be no longer qualified and the RPN shall be terminated from the employ of the Employer. Such termination shall not be the subject of a grievance or arbitration.
