Common use of Contractor Response Time Clause in Contracts

Contractor Response Time. A Contractor representative, authorized to discuss matters related to this Contract, must be available between 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday. Contractor must be available via cell phone, or email during these designated times.
