Contractor Review of Waiver Requests. Generators may submit requests for de minimis waivers and physical space waivers to the City, and the City may request the Contractor’s assistance in reviewing such waivers. Upon the request of the City, Contractor shall within seven (7) days of receipt of the City’s request, inspect the Generator’s Premises to verify the accuracy of the application. Contractor shall provide documentation of the inspection, including the date of the inspection, Customer name and address, a description of the Premises, evaluation of each criterion of the relevant waiver type, and photographic evidence. The Contractor shall send this information and documentation to the City in a timely manner, not to exceed three (3) days after the date of inspection. The City ultimately retains the right to approve or deny any application, regardless of the information provided by the Contractor. Contractor shall report information regarding waivers reviewed within the month, if any, in accordance with Exhibit D and Section 4.7.

  • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.
