Common use of Contractor’s Notice of Delay Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Notice of Delay. 16.1.1. In addition to the requirements indicated in this subsection, Contractor shall notify the District pursuant to the claims provisions in these General Conditions of any anticipated delay and its cause. 16.1.2. Contractor shall, within FIVE (5) calendar days of any delay impacting the critical path in completing the Work, notify District in writing of the causes of the delay including documentation and facts explaining the delay.
