Common use of Contractor’s Point of Contact Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Point of Contact. For each TO awarded pursuant to this Contract, the Contractor shall designate to the City Manager an individual with decision-making authority for the Contractor, with current job title, telephone contact, and e-mail address. Such individual shall act as a single point of contact for the Contractor and be available by telephone or in person at the request of the City Manager on an as-needed basis.
