Contractor’s Status. Neither the Contractor nor any party contracting with the Contractor shall be deemed to be an agent or employee of the District. The Contractor is and shall be an independent Contractor, and the legal relationship of any person performing services for the Contractor shall be one solely between that person and the Contractor.
