Contractual Fee Waiver. During the Term (as defined in Section 3 below), the Adviser shall waive a portion of its Advisory Fee with respect to each Fund as set forth in Schedule B attached hereto.

Voluntary Fee Waiver/Expense Reimbursement. Nothing herein shall preclude an Adviser from contractually waiving other fees and/or reimbursing expenses of any Fund, voluntarily waiving Advisory Fees it is entitled to from any Fund or voluntarily reimbursing expenses of any Fund as the Adviser, in its discretion, deems reasonable or appropriate. Any such voluntary waiver or voluntary expense reimbursement may be modified or terminated by the Adviser at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without the approval of the Fund's Board of Trustees or Board of Directors, as the case may be.
Contractual Fee Waiver. During the Term set forth herein, the Adviser shall waive a portion of its Advisory Fee with respect to each Fund as set forth in Schedule A, attached hereto. All prior waiver agreements for any of the Funds identified therein are hereby terminated.
Contractual Fee Waiver. During the Term (as defined in Section 2 below), the Adviser shall waive a portion of its Advisory and Management Fee or make any additional payments to the extent necessary to reimburse the amount of any interest expenses incurred with an investment in reverse repurchase agreements and/or any net fees charged by futures commission merchants ("FCMs) relating to deposits held at the FCM for the purpose of trading futures contracts.
Contractual Fee Waiver. During the Term (as defined in Section 2 below), the Adviser shall waive all or a portion of its Advisory Fee and Management Services Fee with respect to the Fund. The waived amounts for the Term are set forth in Schedule A attached hereto.
Contractual Fee Waiver. (a) From April 1, 2016 to April 1, 2017, the Adviser shall waive 0.05% of each Fund’s Advisory Fee at an annualized rate.
(b) Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as preventing the Adviser from contractually or voluntarily limiting, waiving or reimbursing other of the Funds’ expenses outside the contours of this Agreement.
Contractual Fee Waiver. During the Term (as defined in Section 3 below), the Administrator shall waive a portion of its Administration Fee with respect to each Fund (or class thereof) as set forth in Schedule A attached hereto.
Contractual Fee Waiver. During the Term (as defined in Section 2(a) below), and notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the Advisory Agreement, the Adviser shall waive 0.21% of the annual Advisory Fee based on the Fund’s Average Weekly Base Amount, calculated weekly and paid quarterly. The Average Weekly Base Amount is defined in the Advisory Agreement as the average of the lesser of the market value of the Fund’s outstanding shares and the Fund’s net assets, determined as of the last trading day of each week during a quarter.
Contractual Fee Waiver a. BIM agrees for the time period set forth in paragraph 3 to waive fees and/or reimburse operating expenses (other than interest, brokerage, taxes and extraordinary expenses and acquired fund fees and expenses) to the extent necessary to limit the Fund’s net total annual operating expenses to an annual rate of 0.55%, subject to recapture as described below (the “Fee Waiver”).
b. The Fee Waiver may be modified by BIM to decrease the Fund’s net total annual operating expenses at any time. BIM shall also be permitted to recapture amounts waived and/or reimbursed within two years after the fiscal year in which BIM earned the fee or incurred the expense if the Fund’s net total annual operating expenses have fallen to a level below the limit described above. In no case shall BIM recapture any amount that would result, on any particular business day of the Fund, in the Fund’s net total annual operating expenses exceeding the limit described above or any other lower limit then in effect.
Contractual Fee Waiver. During the Term (as defined in Section 2 below), the Adviser shall waive 0.15% of the 0.40% advisory fee of the International Fund. As a result of such fee waiver by the Adviser, the International Fund will have an advisory fee of 0.25% for the Term.
