CONTRARY TO LAW PROVISIONS. A. If any provisions of this Agreement, or the application of any provision, shall be rendered or declared invalid, unlawful, or not enforceable by any Court of competent jurisdiction, then such provision shall not be applicable, performed or enforced, but all remaining parts of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the term of this Agreement.
