Contribution for Public Health Nurse Unit. Effective on January 1, 2012 employees in classifications in the Public Health Nurse Unit are responsible for the payment of one hundred percent (100%) of the employees’ basic retirement benefit contributions determined annually by the Board of Retirement of the Contra Costa County EmployeesRetirement Association without the County paying any part of the employees’ contribution. Employees are also responsible for the payment of the employees' contributions to the retirement cost of living program as determined annually by the Board of Retirement without the County paying any part of the employees’ contributions. The County is responsible for one hundred percent (100%) of the employer’s retirement contributions determined annually by the Board of Retirement.

  • Benefit Level Two Health Care Network Determination Issues regarding the health care networks for the 2017 insurance year shall be negotiated in accordance with the following procedures:

If the LHIN has provided multi-year planning targets for the HSP, the CAPS will reflect the planning targets.

  • NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD CERTIFICATION Contractor certifies that no more than one (1) final unappealable finding of contempt of court by a Federal court has been issued against Contractor within the immediately preceding two-year period because of Contractor's failure to comply with an order of a Federal court, which orders Contractor to comply with an order of the National Labor Relations Board.
