Committee Procedures The following procedures shall apply to the Management Committee: (a) The Committee shall have a chairperson, vice-chairperson and secretary, each elected by the Committee for a one-year term; provided, however, that the Committee may elect two individuals to fill the position of chairperson or vice-chairperson. The chairperson and the vice-chairperson shall be from different sectors. Upon expiration of the one year term of the chairperson or, if applicable, the one-year term of the two individuals elected to serve as chairperson, the vice-chairperson or, if applicable, the two individuals elected to serve as vice-chairperson, shall become chairperson of the Committee for the next succeeding one year term; (b) Regular meetings of the Committee shall be held monthly, unless the Committee determines that it should meet more frequently or less frequently. Special meetings may be called at the discretion of the chairperson, and shall be called by the chairperson at the request of the ISO Board or at the request of Parties representing a quorum of three (3) of the sectors listed in Section 7.04; (c) Written notice of each meeting of the Committee shall be provided not less than five (5) business days prior to the date of the meeting to each Party by facsimile transmission or electronic mail directed to the number or address designated by such Party. Each such notice shall include a full and complete agenda for the scheduled meeting. For purposes of calculating the notice period required in this paragraph, the day on which the relevant meeting is to be held shall be included, but the day on which notice is given shall not be included. Intermediate Saturdays and Sundays, ISO-designated holidays, and weekdays on which the ISO is closed to business shall be excluded from the computation. As used in this paragraph, “ISO-designated holiday” includes those holidays designated by the ISO on the ISO calendar maintained on the ISO website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/public/committees/calendar/index.jsp; (d) The agenda for each scheduled meeting of the Committee shall include a specific list of items to be considered at the meeting, together with all relevant supporting documentation prepared or furnished by the officers of the Committee or the other proponents of a particular agenda item. No final Committee action may be taken on a matter that was not specifically listed on the agenda; (e) Any member of the Committee may request that additional or supplemental information or documentation be disseminated by ISO personnel and/or through ISO communications media, including, but not limited to, the ISO site on the world wide web. The ISO shall cooperate with the Committee regarding dissemination of information prior to any meeting; and Any action taken by the Committee at any meeting shall not become effective until thirty (30) days after the Committee has acted; provided, however, that with respect to a particular action of the Committee, if no appeal has been timely filed with the ISO Board, then that action shall become effective one (1) business day after the time for a timely appeal has passed. Prompt notice of Committee actions shall be provided to each Party to this Agreement by facsimile transmission or electronic mail directed to the number or address designated by such Party.
Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

Our entire contract with you consists of this agreement and our contract with your employer. Your ID card will identify you as a member when you receive the healthcare services covered under this agreement. By presenting your ID card to receive covered healthcare services, you are agreeing to abide by the rules and obligations of this agreement. Your eligibility for benefits is determined under the provisions of this agreement. Your right to appeal and take action is described in Appeals in Section 5. This agreement describes the benefits, exclusions, conditions and limitations provided under your plan. It shall be construed under and shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Rhode Island and federal law as amended from time to time. It replaces any agreement previously issued to you. If this agreement changes, an amendment or new agreement will be provided.
Resident Educator Program The four-year program is designed to provide newly licensed Ohio educators quality mentoring and guidance. Successful completion of the residency program is required to advance to a five-year professional educator license.
Supervision of Students At least one teacher is to remain with the students after the close of any activity, practice session or game until the last student has left the premises. This rule applies whether the group is at the home school or field or is away.
CONTRACTOR SUPERVISION Contractor shall provide competent supervision of personnel employed on the job Site, use of equipment, and quality of workmanship.
Administration of Medication CONTRACTOR shall comply with the requirements of California Education Code section 49423 when CONTRACTOR serves a student that is required to take prescription and/or over-the-counter medication during the school day. CONTRACTOR may designate personnel to assist the student with the administration of such medication after the student’s parent(s) provides to CONTRACTOR: (a) a written statement from a physician detailing the type, administration method, amount, and time schedules by which such medication shall be taken; and (b) a written statement from the student’s parent(s) granting CONTRACTOR permission to administer medication(s) as specified in the physician’s statement. CONTRACTOR shall maintain, and provide to LEA upon request, copies of such written statements. CONTRACTOR shall maintain a written log for each student to whom medication is administered. Such written log shall specify the student’s name; the type of medication; the date, time, and amount of each administration; and the name of CONTRACTOR’s employee who administered the medication. CONTRACTOR maintains full responsibility for assuring appropriate staff training in the administration of such medication consistent with physician’s written orders. Any change in medication type, administration method, amount or schedule must be authorized by both a licensed physician and parent.
DISCIPLINE PROCEDURES 19.1 The Company shall be free to discharge employees for refusal to obey lawful orders, incompetence, misrepresentation, intoxication, or any just cause. An employee who has not completed his or her probationary period may be disciplined or discharged without just cause and without recourse to the Grievance and Arbitration procedure set forth in Article 20. 19.2 The Company shall be free to discipline any employee who commits an infraction, which, while not being sufficient to constitute just cause for discharge, is sufficient to warrant some lesser disciplinary action. However, no employee who has completed the probationary period will be discharged for offenses, which do not in and of themselves constitute just cause for discharge unless the employee has received two (2) prior written warnings within twelve ( 12) months of the offense. The issuance of two (2) prior warnings within a twelve (12) month period shall constitute just cause. Absent excused or extraordinary circumstances, warning notices shall be issued within ten (10) days after the Company knew or should have known of the offense but not more than thirty (30) days after the event. Each warning notice shall contain a place for the employee to sign to acknowledge receipt without admitting guilt. 19.3 In addition to those circumstances mentioned elsewhere in this Agreement, just cause circumstances for discharge shall include, but not be limited to: insubordination, theft, excessive absenteeism, gross negligence, failure to comply with reasonable rules, policies or directives promulgated by the Company and clearly communicated to the employee, use of unnecessary force or disrespectful treatment of a tenant, visitor or employee and inability or unwillingness to be trained to fulfill existing or modified security needs of the Company, the building owner or its tenants. The Union further understands and agrees that the Company provides an important service to its tenants of a personalized nature to fulfill their security needs, as those needs are perceived by the Company, the building owner and the tenants. Accordingly, the provisions of this Section shall be implemented and interpreted by the parties and by an arbitrator in arbitration proceedings so as to give significant consideration to such needs. 19.4 The Company will discharge any employee who is denied registration or whose registration is canceled by the State of Minnesota Board of Private Detective and Protective Agent Services or any other governmental agency. Discharge under this Article for failure to possess a license shall be without recourse to the Grievance Procedures of Article 20. 19.5 The employee and the Union recognize that the customer is the ultimate consumer and ultimately controls the access of the employee and the business of the Company. When a security-related incident occurs on a job site that is or can reasonably be construed as injurious to that customer, the employee, the Union, and the Company will cooperate in every way in the investigation of the incident until the incident is resolved and/or the customer is satisfied that all reasonable avenues have been pursued to their completion. The Union will not impede any steps which may assist the Company in convincing the customer of the thoroughness and/or reliability of its investigation, consistent with the Union's duty to provide fair and effective representation to its membership.
SUPERVISION AND CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES 4.3.1 The Contractor shall supervise and direct the Work, using his / her best skill and attention. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures and for coordinating all portions of the Work under the Contract. All aspects of the Project shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the State. Contractor guarantees to repair, replace, re-execute or otherwise correct any defect in workmanship, materials, or the like that fails to conform to the requirements of this Contract or that appears during the progress of the Work or within one year of final acceptance by the State. 4.3.2 The Contractor shall be responsible to the State for the acts and omissions of his / her employees, Subcontractors and their agents and employees, and other persons performing any of the Work under a contract with the Contractor. 4.3.3 The Contractor shall not be relieved from his / her obligations to perform the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents either by the activities or duties of the Architect in his / her administration of the Contract, or by inspections, tests or approvals required or performed under Paragraph 7.7 by persons other than the Contractor. 4.3.4 The Contractor shall acquaint himself (herself / itself) with the limits of the property or right- of-way of the State and shall not trespass on other property. The Contractor shall adequately protect the project, adjacent property and the public, and shall be responsible for any damage or injury due to the Contractor’s act or neglect, and shall save the State harmless in respect thereto. 4.3.5 All work shall be done in such a manner as not to interfere with the State’s operating functions. Contractor and his employees shall familiarize themselves and comply with all rules and regulations applicable to the project. 4.3.6 The Contractor shall keep the premises free from liens arising out of or from the Project. Contractor shall obtain and submit waivers of liens with a request for a progress or final payment.

The guidance in this document is primarily intended to help you provide accessible programs by providing you with the tools to: ▪ survey facilities and identify common architectural barriers for people with disabilities; ▪ identify common ADA compliance problems in your communications and activities; and ▪ remove barriers and fix common ADA compliance problems in these areas. Your programs can be broken into three main categories, (Communications, Facilities, and Activities) which will be covered in more detail below.
