Controller Personal Data to be Processed. The Services under the Agreement may involve the processing of the following types of personal data: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Company Information, Country, Language, Email Type, Investor Type, Occupation, Position/Title The categories of Data Subject to whom the Controller Personal Data relates The data subjects may include individuals named in respect of which Controller or Controller Affiliates has engaged for Processor to provide any services and/or individuals that are beneficiaries of, or have made claims under, or are otherwise involved in the provision of receipt of any such services.

Controller Personal Data to be Processed. The types of Personal Data to be processed by WJ/EW include Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, Country, IP address, and Username (if not a user, it's automatically generated). Depending on the services you have requested, we also collect your Facebook ID, YouTube channel information, or Twilio account details. For Attendees, WJ/EW collects a first name and email address, and optionally, a last name, and a mobile phone number (e.g., for SMS notifications and reminders). The categories of Data Subject to whom the Customer/Controller Personal Data relates Categories to which the Personal Data to be processed relate include demographic/external data, historical data, internal data (including preferences and interests); and social data.   • Customer’s Processing of Personal Data Customer shall, in its use of the Services, Process Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws and Regulations. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer’s instructions for the Processing of Personal Data shall comply with Data Protection Laws and Regulations. Customer shall have sole responsibility for the means by which Customer acquired Personal Data.

  • Collection of Personal Information 10.1 The Subscriber acknowledges and consents to the fact that the Company is collecting the Subscriber's personal information for the purpose of fulfilling this Subscription Agreement and completing the Offering. These safeguards must include maintaining the sensitive personal information in a form that is unusable, unreadable, or indecipherable to unauthorized persons. Contractor may consult the “Guidance to Render Unsecured Protected Health Information Unusable, Unreadable, or Indecipherable to Unauthorized Individuals” issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to determine ways to meet this standard.
