Controller Security Responsibility. Without prejudice to the obligations of Agile under Sections 7.1 (Security Measures and Assistance by Agile) and 7.2 (Incidents), the Controller acknowledges that it is the sole party responsible for the use of the Processor Services, including the protection of authentication credentials, systems and devices used by the Controller to access the Processor Services.
