Contuit Administrator. Client agrees to appoint at least one administrator and a backup administrator that shall serve as Contuit’s primary contact for assurance and services (“Contuit Administrator”). Client agrees that these Contuit Administrators will complete the necessary coursework to comply with our then-current requirements for the Contuit Administrator designation. Contuit will rely on all oral and written orders and instructions issued by these Contuit Administrators, including without limitation, instructions to initiate work and incur expenses on your account. Client may select and reassign a Contuit Administrator, provided that any replacement meets the then-current requirements for the Contuit Administrator designation. Provided that Client is current on payment of all Assurance fees Contuit will provide basic support to Client’s Contuit Administrator(s) at no additional costs, except if Client’s support usage surpasses the top 2% of companies in your company demographic, which is exclusive of implementation support time and generally five (5) hours of annual support. Client’s Contuit Administrator and Contuit will mutually determine corrective actions.

  • Contract Administrators The Architectural Designer and the School District shall each designate a qualified Contract Administrator prior to the Architectural Designer’s commencement of the Services. Either party may designate a successor Contract Administrator at any time by giving notice to the other party.

  • Settlement Administrator 52. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in the next Paragraph and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, providing Mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; effecting Publication Notice; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free number; administering the Claims processes; and distributing cash payments according to the processes and criteria set forth in Section X and Exhibits 5, 6, and 7.

  • Contract Administration The Delegate shall cause that the foreign custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian shall be governed by a written contract that the Delegate has determined will provide reasonable care for Fund assets based on the standards applicable to custodians in the relevant market. Each such contract shall, except as set forth in the last paragraph of this subsection (b), include provisions that provide:

  • Grant Administration The District recognizes that Charter Schools are utilizing revenue sources associated with federal and state agency grants. The District is required to be Fiscal Agent on such grants meaning the District is responsible for oversight, approval, review and distribution of funds. These administrative tasks result in the utilization of District resources. In recognition of this, the District is mandating the following.

  • Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.

  • Exchange Administrator The entity selected by Freddie Mac to act as its exchange administrator for the Exchangeable Notes and the MAC Notes, which as of the Closing Date is U.S. Bank.

  • Settlement Administration The Settlement Administrator will conduct a skip trace for the address of all former employee Class Members. The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.

  • Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.
