Common use of Convenience Checks Clause in Contracts

Convenience Checks. The Credit Union will, from time to time, issue convenience checks to be used in conjunction with this Card. The Credit Union reserves the right to return convenience checks to the payee and asses an NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) fee of $25 if either (a) your account exceeds your approved credit limit at the time the check is presented for payment; or, (b) payment of the check would cause your account to exceed the approved limit; or (c) your account is past due. You may stop payment on a Convenience Check by calling us at (000)000- 0000 or notifying PSCU at 0-000-000-0000. There may be a stop payment fee per item or series of items. Please refer to our fee schedule for the fee.
